ZIMM at a glance
ZIMM develops and supplies industrial gearboxes, drive technology and matching parts for precise linear movement and torque transmission in industrial environments. The portfolio includes screw jacks, electromechanical actuators, ZK bevel gearboxes, bevel gearboxes as well as connection technology, motor technology and accessories from the ZIMM modular system.
In addition, ZIMM offers customised production solutions in the field of production according to drawing as well as services in casting, series production and mechanical processing. ZIMM electromechanical actuators move and position loads from 2.5 t to 20 t precisely, reproducibly and economically. In many applications, they are a powerful alternative to hydraulic solutions – especially where accuracy, controlled linear movement and integration into the ZIMM modular system are required.
Powerful screw jacks for your area of application
ZIMM screw jacks enable efficient load movements from 250 kg to 100 t – depending on the series, version and system design. They convert rotary motion into precise linear movement and are used when loads have to be lifted, lowered, positioned or adjusted.
ZK Bevel gearboxes – Quality without compromise
ZK bevel gearboxes from ZIMM reliably transmit torque and enable compact 90° redirections in industrial drive systems. The series combines a robust grey cast-iron housing, ratios of 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 as well as proven lubrication for low maintenance requirements.
Customised production solutions according to drawings
ZIMM manufactures customised drive elements according to drawings and technical specifications. These include components for which gear cutting, grinding, heat treatment and inspection processes are used according to the requirements.
Your partner for precision casting and machining
ZIMM offers casting, series production and mechanical processing for components in machine and plant engineering. These include cast parts, turned parts and milled parts as well as accompanying inspection processes.
