Which change intervals apply depending on the operating conditions?
The intervals depend on the respective operating situation:
- with very high loads: change of the lubricant after 500 hours, every further change after around 6,000 hours
- with very low duty cycles: single change of the lubricant after about 5 years
What must be done when commissioning gearboxes with a high duty cycle?
The supplied breather unit must be swapped with the screw plug in the highest position.
