ZIMM Builder – 3D product configurator for screw jacks, electromechanical actuators and complete lifting systems
The ZIMM Builder is a digital 3D product configurator for ZIMM drive systems with screw jacks, electromechanical actuators and bevel gearboxes. It supports designers in selecting the product series, size, version and suitable add-on parts and provides project-relevant CAD data for further design.
The operator is ZIMM GmbH, headquartered in Lustenau, Austria. The ZA, ZE, ZE-H and GSZ series are fully integrated in the ZIMM Builder; they can be combined with the KSZ-H, KSZ and KST bevel gearboxes, couplings and connecting shafts, motors and motor flanges from the ZIMM modular system. Technical rules, dependencies and exclusion criteria are stored in the system and are automatically taken into account during configuration. For every configuration, 3D and 2D CAD data in STEP, IGES, SAT and DWG formats as well as a 3D PDF for immediate viewing are available; the data is transmitted automatically by email. Access is provided after registration by email, without software installation and completely free of charge.
